Fresh durum wheat spaghettone with sea urchin pulp, sea asparagus and “sponzale” (sea bass)

Sliced sea bass with cherry tomatoes, fennel acidulated with chilli and ginger

Meringue, ricotta mousse, siphon bread, liquorice streusel and curacao blue

  • I really like this restaurant in the centre of Nardo, it has a beautiful courtyard and panoramic terraces (be careful of the stairs, which are a bit steep)
  • a place that speaks of history, excellent food, my favourite in Nardò
  • chef Mimmo Chiarelli creates delicious dishes
  • opening hours breakfast 8:00 | 10:00; dinner from 19:30
  • closing day: August always open, the other months on Wednesday
  • reservation is required
