Description
The Palazzina was renovated in 2016 with care and attention to detail. It is located on Corso Garibaldi, the main street of Fasano, very close to Piazza Ciaia (we inform guests that some evenings in summer there are musical events in the square, until late at night). It consists of two storeys, each with one room connected by a steep staircase, and a roof terrace with sea view. On the first floor there is the living room with kitchenette, a WC and a small balcony overlooking the Corso. The bedroom is on the second floor and has an open, modernly designed bathroom with shower. The roof terrace is equipped with a double sun lounger, seating and shower.

Elegant Italian designer chairs on lovingly restored antique tiles. A mirrored modern kitchen next to original Puglian wall cupboards. Lamps by Le Corbusier next to light objects by local artist Peppino Campanella. A transparent bathroom built into a massive arched niche. A high star vault in the living area and a decorative balcony on the façade. Many special details and architectonical elements that, in their interplay, give the Palazzina an original and unmistakable atmosphere.
Fasano Authentic and elegant
Fasano, a charming southern small unspoilt town, is only five minutes away from Masseria Alchimia. Proud palazzi bear witness to a rich historical past. The two main streets, Corso Cavour and Corso Garibaldi, meet at Piazza Ciaia, just a few steps from the Palazzina. You can enjoy a delicious cappuccino at Caffè Bella Napoli right on the Piazza. Donato, the owner, can also recommend a good bottle of wine from his wine shop. If you fancy something sweet, we recommend the Velletri pastry shop.
