The global COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on all of us and our lives. To ensure peace of mind and security for those who want to travel again soon, we have revised Alchimia’s booking and cancellation policies.
To confirm your reservation, the following payments are required:
- 30% down payment at the time of booking
- 70% balance within two weeks before check in
We only accept bank transfers, no credit cards and no cash.
Cancellation must be made by written notice. Send it to us more than 14 days before arrival, then the amount paid can be transferred free of charge to any future booking up to 2 years from the date of arrival. You will receive a voucher.
In case of cancellation 13 days or less before arrival, no-show or early departure, the cancellation fees are 100% of the agreed total price, there is no right to vouchers.
In the event that our Alchimia facilities are closed and guests are prevented from staying, they will receive a full refund.
Alchimia also invites guests to take out adequate Travel Cancellation Insurance to cover the residual risk. For example Allianz Global Assistenz also covers cases of illness due to Coronavirus.
