- excellent Apulian restaurant, from the starters to the desserts, from the wines to the kindness of the staff
- only flaw is that there is no outdoor seating, but you are seated in an old room with a barrel ceiling, furniture in neutral tones, very nice
- Bina’s cooking is very refined and her husband Nino runs the dining room exceptionally well
- easy to find from the main street leading to the old town centre
- closing day: Sunday evening and Monday
