- Silvé is a must
- we recommend to have at least one evening at Mama Maria and son Silvestro’s place
- a menu that respects the tradition of Apulian cuisine, everything freshly prepared, few seats, good local wine, the atmosphere of the past with the record player playing old Italian songs
- they are super nice, you should definitely book because they only have a few seats inside and in summer they seat in the quiet square in front of the restaurant
- Mama Maria also offers – on request – a cooking class, a really nice experience that can also be done with children
- the trattoria is only open for dinner, from Monday to Sundays, closed on Wednesday
