  Wunderbare Adresse in Apulien
Wir waren bereits dreimal in der Masseria Alchimia und können diese außergewöhnlichen Appartements rundum empfehlen. Die komfortablen Wohnungen sind äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lassen für die Selbstversorgung nichts vermissen. Sie sind ruhig in einem Olivenhain gelegen. Es wird täglich gereinigt und der Level an Sauberkeit ist sehr hoch.
Die Besitzerin gibt ausgezeichnete Essenstips und nimmt Reservierungen für die Gäste vor. Wir fanden das sehr vorteilhaft und wurden nie enttäuscht. Eine empfehlenswerte Adresse zu der man gerne wiederkommt.

  Semplicemente perfetta!
Posto incantevole dove convivono tradizione e contemporaneità, circondato da ulivi secolari, a poca distanza dal mare, gestito con competenza e cortesia da Caroline che con i suoi consigli e le sue attenzioni contribuisce a rendere la vacanza semplicemente perfetta!

  wunderschöner Urlaub, alles perfekt
Wir haben 6 Tage in einer Deluxe Suite gewohnt!  Die ausgewählte Einrichtung  der geschmackvolle Garten hat uns sehr gefallen.  Das ganze Anwesen mit dem Garten, dem Festplatz und der liebevollen und sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin Caroline waren toll. Caroline kennt so ziemlich alle guten Restaurants und Strände in und rund um Fasano, sie hilft da immer mit Tipps und macht auch alle Reservierungen!  Die ganze Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und vor allem auch sehr sauber! Das Zimmer wird  täglich aufgeräumt und auch das schmutzige Geschirr vom Vorabend oder Frühstück gewaschen. wir haben es sehr genossen!

  Tranquil and stylish
We enjoyed our stay at this exemplarily renovated Masseria, located in the rural stretch between Fasano and the Adriatic coast. The kitchenette was equipped with the essentials to prepare simple meals, which was really useful as the adjoining property is a Masseria selling their own fresh produce.  And the espresso machine in the room was an especially nice touch! 
Masseria Alchimia is ideal for those who look for tastefully outfitted, comfy, quiet, spotlessly outfitted rooms and a good base to explore the nearby beaches and Itria valley. Caroline was very generous with giving recommendations and making reservations at restaurants and beach clubs on our behalf.

  Esperienza fantastica!
Seppur breve, la nostra esperienza presso la Masseria Alchimia è stata a dir poco perfetta! 
Pace e tranquillità sono solo alcune delle sensazioni provate qui. 
Il posto è fantastico, a sorprendere è la cura di ogni minimo dettaglio ma non solo. La cortesia e la disponibilità della gentilissima Caroline sono a dir poco introvabili al giorno d’oggi! 
Speriamo di ritornarci per vivere ancora una volta un sogno stupendo.

  Great summer start 🌟
Un ottimo inizio estate il nostro soggiorno presso Alchimia. Adatto a tutti.  Famiglie con bambini ben accetti nonostante la quiete voluta dall'host e cercata dagli ospiti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Letti super comodi e tessuti e arredi di prima scelta. Un ambiente rilassante e rigenerativo. Ogni stanza è pensata per esigenze diverse ma tutte molto confortevoli ed arredate con gusto. Nonostante i servizi siano basici la disponibilità e la raffinatezza della host Caroline sono il top. Senza troppi fronzoli ci si immerge in un posto incantevole semplice ma super curato in tutti i minimi particolari. Luogo ideale per un retreat di yoga ma anche per raffinate festicciole private. Occhio ai mesi di fioritura degli ulivi per chi è un soggetto allergico.

  Accoglienza superba
Il posto è fantastico, idealmente posizionato e Caroline è un’ospite davvero attenta e premurosa. Se non sapete dove andare, per qualcosa cosa, chiedete pure a lei con fiducia. Conosce praticamente tutto e tutti e ognuno ne parla con rispetto ed affetto.

  Tranquility and luxurious accommodation!
A wonderful place to relax among the 1000-year-old olive trees, or in the comfort of the luxurious rooms. I can't wait for the opportunity to return and explore the region more. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly.

  Spring in Puglia
Sehr schönes Anwesen in typischen Stil Apuliens .Eine authentische Masseria mit Grotte und  einem herrlichen Garten . Sehr idyllische Atmosphäre . Fantastisch gute Lage   um Ausflüge in die umliegenden Orte zu unternehmen . Herzlicher Empfang der Hausherrin . Obwohl schlechtes Wetter war hatte ich es sehr schön . Großes Zimmer mit allem Komfort .
