  • Cook together historical recipes from the Bronze Age, classical antiquity or the Middle Ages.
  • These will surprise you with their – for us – unusual combination of tastes and aromas, which combine the salty, sweet, sour and spicy in surprising combinations.
  • Another topic of the workshop: the ancient health concept of the four-juice doctrine and how it still influences our cuisine today.
